Lionel Gregory Limited is a firm of Chartered Architects based in Poole, Dorset. We have completed projects in Bournemouth, Blandford, Bridport, Christchurch, Dorchester, Fareham, Hampshire, Yeovil, Salisbury and other parts of Wiltshire and Devon.

We cover a broad spectrum of building projects, with particular expertise in commercial developments, both industrial and office developments. Masterplans for industrial estates and business parks have been completed in Blandford, Poole, Dorchester, Shaftesbury and Christchuch, Dorset.

We also have a considerable expertise in the design of residential developments, ranging from Masterplanning residential estates to individual houses for the discerning client, with notable dwellings in the Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs area of Poole.

Residential Care Homes have also become a speciality of the practice with the employment of Brian Simpson, previously Head of Architecture at Colten Homes (a developer who specialises in Residential Care Homes).

Listed Building applications and Conservation Area projects have been completed at Kingston Maurward and Stinsford near Dorchester, as well as Amport House in Andover.

We also undertake smaller projects, including residential refurbishments of individual properties.

Leisure Projects include golf clubs, tennis and sports clubs, and the Royal Motor Yacht Club marina and club house.

Retail developments include shops for Iceland in Poole and other high street developments in the Poole Conservation Area.

We have completed numerous developments at Prince Charles's development at Poundbury, including the headquarters for St john Abulance, a dentist's surgery, a chocolate factory, a mixed development of housing and offices, a vets' surgery and various office and industrial developments.
