We can submit a Planning application with a design and access statement and contextual drawings in 2D or 3D CAD drawings, with the client using their own technicians for the Building Regulations drawings package following the approval of the planning permission. We can also offer a full RIBA service, taking the project through the Planning and Building Regulation Stages to a specification and/or Bill of Quantities, tender documents and contract administration to deliver a completed building.
